Does it run e-signatures + invoicing + client portal?+
Yes — all in-platform. Send a contract, get it signed, send the invoice, customer pays via Stripe — all in one workflow. The client portal lets your customers see invoices, contracts, and deliverables without you fielding 5-emails-a-day asking for status.
What about white-label?+
White-label is on Pro tier ($950/mo). Custom domain (crm.youragency.com), SSO via Google + Microsoft, dedicated CSM. Pro requires a 30-min onboarding sit-down to wire the white-label DNS + SSO IdP — that's the only "book a call" tier. Starter and Growth are full self-serve.
Can I bring my own AI keys?+
Yes. On Growth and Pro, you connect your own OpenAI / Claude / Gemini API keys in Settings → Integrations. The CRM uses YOUR keys for AI features (drafts, summaries, lead scoring). Usage is billed directly to you by the AI provider — no markup.
How is data ownership handled?+
Your data is yours. Full export anytime (CSV + JSON), no vendor lock-in. The platform itself is proprietary Zay Revenue Group IP — same as Salesforce or HubSpot, you don't take their code either, but you do take all of YOUR data with you whenever you want.
