It is charged to the diner at checkout, like a delivery app fee, except a fraction of the size. On the monthly plans Zayos takes no commission. You keep 100% of food revenue and 100% of tips.

Want to pay $0 as a business? There is also a revenue-share option: no monthly fee at all, and Zayos takes 10% of sales through the platform instead. Same build, same support, month to month. Ask about the 10% option →

Run it against your own volume. A busy single location doing about 100 orders a day keeps about $48,000 a year that would have gone out as marketplace commission. A multi-brand kitchen pushing 400 a day across its brands keeps $300,000 or more per location. See the math →

Zayos is live and taking orders today at Naya Grill in Pompano Beach and West Palm Beach. Additional POS connections beyond the one included are a one-time $1,500 each. Running 20+ locations or need a custom integration? Tell us what you need.

Questions owners actually ask

How much does Zayos cost?

Zayos is $399, $499 or $599 a month per location. There is no setup fee and no contract, so you can leave at the end of any month. Operator is $399 (your own ordering site, POS integration, customer list). Operator + Tablet is $499 (adds the kitchen tablet, with Uber Eats, DoorDash and Grubhub orders on it). Concierge is $599 (adds up to 5 virtual brands from one kitchen and a named success manager). Prefer to pay $0 monthly as the business? There is also a revenue-share option: no monthly fee, and Zayos takes 10% of sales through the platform instead.

Do you take a cut of my food sales or my tips?

No. Zayos takes 0% of your food revenue and 0% of tips. You keep 100% of both. The monthly fee is the only thing the restaurant pays us. We are not a marketplace and we do not sit between you and your money.

Who pays the service fee, me or the customer?

The customer pays it at checkout, not you. It is $0.99 on a pickup order, $0.99 on a delivery order, $0 on dine-in, and 10% on catering. It shows on the diner receipt the same way a delivery app fee does, except here it is a fraction of the size and your food revenue stays whole.

How much does this actually save me versus DoorDash and Uber Eats?

It depends on your volume, so here is the math on yours. A restaurant doing 3,000 orders a month keeps roughly $48,000 a year that would otherwise go out as marketplace commission. At 12,000 orders a month it is $300,000 or more per location per year. Those are modeled on your order count and a typical 15% to 30% commission, not on a promise.

Is the price per restaurant or per location?

Per location. Two restaurants means two subscriptions. Concierge lets one kitchen run up to 5 virtual brands, but it is still billed per location.

How fast can I be taking orders?

Most restaurants are live and taking their first direct order in under a week of signing up. We do the build, the menu load and the setup. You are not handed a dashboard and wished luck.

Do I have to replace my POS?

No. POS integration is included with every tier: Clover, Square or Shift4 at no extra cost, and orders push straight into the till you already use. Toast works too, but Toast bills the restaurant its own $50 a month integration fee (many Toast operators already pay it) — that fee goes to Toast, not to us. Additional POS connections are a one-time $1,500 each.

How much does Zay CRM cost, and do I need it?

Zay CRM is a separate product for agencies and sales teams, not something a restaurant needs to run Zayos. It is $100 a month for Starter, $400 for Growth and $950 for Pro, flat tier pricing with no per-seat charges, and every tier has a 7-day trial.

Can I cancel or change plans later?

Yes. Everything is month to month. Upgrades take effect right away, downgrades take effect on your next bill, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you are in. Your data exports in one click and it is yours.
