How to delete your data

This page explains what Zay Revenue Group stores, and exactly how to have your data deleted. Aligned with GDPR / CCPA.

What we store

  • Your name, email, and phone number (only if you provided them).
  • Business profile data (company name, industry, location).
  • Messages, notes, tasks, and files you or your team created in the CRM.
  • OAuth tokens for the integrations you connected (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, LinkedIn, Calendly, Dropbox). We never store your password for any third-party platform.
  • Standard server logs (IP, user-agent) for 30 days, for security + abuse detection.

Option A: email request

Send a one-line email to hello@zayrev.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and the email address you used with ZRG.

We confirm within 48 hours. Full deletion within 30 days. We will email you a confirmation code when done.

Option B: phone

Call Abdallah Alyousef directly: (321) 666-1102. Available weekdays 9 AM to 6 PM ET.

Option C: disconnect integrations

Revoking ZRG’s access in the integration provider’s own dashboard (Google account permissions, Microsoft work account, etc.) signals us to delete the corresponding tokens and any data we received through that grant. We process those signals on a daily sweep and complete deletion within 30 days.

What we do NOT delete

  • Invoices and payment records we are required by law to keep (US: 7 years).
  • Email or SMS logs sent during the time your account was active (required by CAN-SPAM / TCPA).
  • Anonymized analytics where your personal identifiers have already been stripped.
