How does Zayos handle multiple brands from one kitchen? +

Each brand gets its own white-label storefront on its own domain (your-brand.com), its own customer book, its own loyalty program, and its own per-brand mobile app on the paid tier. Customers never see the parent operator. You manage all brands from one admin login at app.zayrev.com.

Do all the brand orders hit one kitchen tablet? +

Yes. Direct orders from every brand land on the SAME Otter Order Manager tablet you already use for DoorDash and Uber Eats. Same queue, same bump bar, same kitchen display. No second device on the line, no per-brand routing logic for the kitchen to learn.

How is this different from owner.com? +

Two ways. First, Zayos is multi-tenant native — a single account runs as many brand-distinct storefronts as you need, with separate customer books, separate Stripe Connect destinations, and separate marketing automation per brand. Second, our Otter integration is end-to-end — direct orders go INTO Otter Order Manager, delivery flows back OUT of Otter Dispatch — so the operations layer your team already knows is the operations layer Zayos runs through.

Per-brand mobile app — really? +

Yes, on the paid tier. We generate iOS + Android apps from each brand's assets and submit through the Apple + Google publishing pipelines. Customers download "Brand X" from the App Store, not "Zayos."

Can each brand have its own loyalty program? +

Yes. Loyalty (points, tiers, welcome bonus, cash-back, stamp-card) is configurable per tenant. Customers earning points at Brand X have no idea they're also earning at Brand Y next door — same kitchen, totally different customer relationships.
