Common questions

I can't sign in to Zay CRM.

Make sure you've verified your email — the link expires after 24 hours, so request a fresh one from the sign-in screen if needed. Still stuck? Email hello@zayrev.com with the email address you signed up with.

I want to change my plan or cancel.

Open Zay CRM → Settings → Billing, or email us and we'll handle it for you. No hold-music, no retention scripts.

An integration isn't connecting.

Check Zay CRM → Settings → Integrations for the status badge. If it's red, the most common cause is an expired token — disconnect and reconnect to refresh. If that fails, send us the integration name and a screenshot.

I think I found a bug.

Use the in-app Bug Tickets tab — it captures workspace + browser context automatically. Or email a quick description with a screenshot.
