How is catering different from regular orders?+

Catering tickets are bigger ($300-$5,000), more lead-time-sensitive (24-72 hours out), often need a quote + custom modifications, and the buyer is usually an admin or office manager — not the eater. The "accept the cart, pay, done" flow doesn't fit. Zayos has a separate quote-to-order pipeline that handles all of this.

The customer opens it, reviews, e-signs the accept, pays via Stripe (card, ACH, or invoice net-30). Quote becomes a confirmed catering order on your kitchen calendar. The whole flow is brand-side — your domain, your branding, no third-party.

Does the customer book track catering separately?+

Yes. Catering customers carry a "catering" tag and surface separately in reports. Their LTV math is computed separately from regular delivery LTV. Marketing campaigns can target "office managers who ordered catering in the last 90 days" specifically.

Can I send a holiday catering campaign to last year's buyers?+

Yes. The marketing console runs email + SMS broadcasts with audience filters. "Last catering order between Nov 15 and Dec 31, 2025, value > $500" → AI drafts the campaign for the same window in 2026. You approve, you send.
